Position: Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: The Client Service Coordinator acts as the liaison between Intended Parents (IPs) and egg donor and/or surrogate during initial matching process.

Requirements:

  • Recent work experience in IVF, fertility centers,
  • Pleasant, outgoing, professional and a good team player,
  • Has a “can do” attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can relate to IPs over the phone, Skype, and in person,
  • Have recent direct client interface experience,
  • Organized, proactive and entrepreneurial who thrives in finding solutions for clients.

Strong pluses:

  • Experience in project management and/or CRM, has run his/her own business, has worked in birth centers,
  • English / Spanish bilingual or Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Willing to train the right candidate who has strong desires to learn and grow.

Position: Clinical Coordinator

Description: The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated, detail-oriented and open-minded individual. This position requires to be multi-tasking, learn quickly, work with a variety of clients, colleagues and to remain calm in emotionally charged situations. This position works closely with clients, Program Coordinators and in relationship with IVF & fertility clinics.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to building relationships with IVF & fertility clinics and acting as the agency’s liaison by coordinating their selections, negotiating information on fertility treatment programs and requirements and attending professional events. Flexibility & adaptability in this position are key.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of experience with infertility, women’s healthcare, medical office or surrogacy agency is strongly preferred,
  • Five (5) years of progressive marketing & public speaking experience,
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred,
  • Superior customer service skills.

Position: Egg Donation Program Coordinator

The Egg Donation Program Coordinator is independently responsible for all administration, operations and logistics management related to the recruitment and intake of egg donors. Provides continued logistical management and acts as a person of contact for egg donors throughout cycle. Additionally, this position will act as a person of contact for egg donors by organizing records, performing initial screening of records and guiding them through the fertility treatment program.

  • Work from home opportunity,
  • Commission-based salary,
  • No need to be egg donor yourself to recruit,
  • Compensation paid immediately after egg donor passed medical screening (average 3+ weeks), also has been approved for participation in the fertility treatment program.

Requirements:

  • Experienced egg donor preferred,
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and two (2) years of professional recruitment are preferred,
  • Minimum three (3) years of administrative experience in an office setting,
  • Friendly and outgoing personality,
  • Very good communication skills,
  • Available to work flexible hours & over time when needed.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant oversees and performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and fertility treatment programs support activities on behalf of Program Coordinator and CEO. Oversees and/or participates in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects and/or events. Oversees staff to ensure all vital records are registered accurately and within statutory requirements to ensure the vital record integrity, rapid reporting to meet contract obligations and timely issuance of certified copies. May serve on a variety of tasks in a support capacity.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Two (2) years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work,
  • Experience in working with internal and private external partners, managing support staff, working with confidential information,
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software applications,
  • Apply analytical thinking to specific problems,
  • Read and comprehend technical narrative material, including statutes and regulations,
  • Strong, effective oral and written communication skills,
  • Strong organizational skills,
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Proofreading, editing, attention to detail.
